In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the above. “You” refers to the person creating an account or making a purchase.
2. About the courses
We sell online bachata dance courses delivered as video lessons and related materials through our membership platform. Courses are intended for educational and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for in-person instruction, medical advice, or supervised physical training.
You are responsible for assessing your own fitness to take part in dance activity. If you have any health condition, injury, or doubt about whether dancing is safe for you, consult a doctor before starting. We are not liable for any injury resulting from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Account registration
To buy or access a course you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Not share your account with anyone else
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including accounts used to share access or distribute course content.
4. Purchases, prices, and payment
All prices are shown on the relevant course page in the listed currency. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location; the final amount is shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by PayPal. By completing a purchase you also agree to PayPal’s terms. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
A purchase is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or breach of these Terms.
5. Access to courses
We offer different access types depending on the course or membership you purchase. The specific access type is shown on the course page at the time of purchase. Access types may include:
- Lifetime access — you keep access to the course for as long as the site and the course remain available.
- Subscription (monthly or yearly) — access continues while your subscription is active. Subscriptions renew automatically through PayPal until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or through PayPal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
- Fixed-period access (for example 6 or 12 months) — access ends when the period expires.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the course and the site, not your biological lifetime. We aim to keep courses available indefinitely but reserve the right to retire or replace content. If we permanently remove a course you bought on a lifetime basis, we will offer either equivalent content or a fair refund.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Our goodwill refund policy

This goodwill refund:
- Applies to one-off course purchases and the first payment of a new subscription
- Does not apply to renewals of existing subscriptions
- May be refused if we have reasonable evidence that the course content has been downloaded, copied, shared, or otherwise misused
Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account used for purchase.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
7. Intellectual property and licence to use the content
All course materials — including videos, audio, choreography, music selections, written notes, graphics, and the site itself — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and view the content for your own private learning, for the duration of your access.
You may not:
- Download, record, screen-capture, rip, or otherwise copy the videos or other course content
- Share your account or your access with anyone else, including a partner, family member, friend, or dance group
- Show the course content to a group (for example in a class, workshop, or studio) whether free or paid
- Re-upload, redistribute, broadcast, or stream any part of the content
- Use the content or any choreography to teach others, run classes, or create competing products
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
Course videos may include watermarks tied to your account. Sharing or leaking content can be traced and may result in account termination without refund and legal action for damages.
8. User conduct
When using the site, comment sections, or any community features, you agree not to:
- Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
- Spam, advertise, or solicit other users
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or interfere with the site’s operation
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site or download content
We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
9. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control (hosting issues, internet outages, etc.). We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
