This voluntary guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals.

You may cancel your subscription’s automatic renewal through your account page at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of your current paid membership period.

Our voluntary guarantee and subscription cancellation policy do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights of withdrawal or remedies for content or services that are faulty, not supplied, or not as described.
